GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Our Slicer produces Celery sticks in any length of cuts with ease. As the product goes through the cutting head, the top and tail or any section of the product that is not desired fall into the bottom cull conveyor and is conveyed to your disposal source. The machine is equipped with a quick release blade assembly to make blade changes fast and easy. These units can be customized to fit your needs and or products.
